Can I choose what language to download the apps?

I am based in Brazil, but I am an English speaker.  Once I buy and download the apps from creative cloud, can I select English as the language?  Because on the Adobe website it detects my location and changes everything to Portuguese.  I want to be sure that I can work in English before I pay for it.
