I have apps such as:

adobe_licutil

AAM Registration Notifier

AAMLauncherUtil

AASIapp

ACCFinderBundleLoader

Adobe Application Manager

Adobe Application Updater

Adobe Flash Player Install Manager

adobe_licensing_helper

adobe_lichelper

adobe_licutil

adobe_licutil

Can I delete those?

Don’t try to be too tidy. And be warned; if you break an old app, you may be blocked from using it forever.

Moonlightrces, to add to Nancy's response.  If you are still using Adobe applications on the computer, then those applications/components are still necessary.

Use the Adobe Cleaner tool to remove unwanted software and support files.

Keep in mind that if you wipe everything, you'll need to re-install desired apps.
