Hi, I'm a designer [spam removed by moderator]. My question is, can I download Adobe Photoshop Latest Version on a Core i3 laptop? I have a laptop with 8 GB Ram and 500 GB ROM. So, is it possible to download and install it?

You can if you have Windows 10 or 11, but it may not run well. Your computer is low-spec and you really want something faster.
