Can I download my Creative Cloud on an older version of Macbook Air?

I do have a an Mac Desktop but whentravelling I used my macbook pro which was stolen recently.  A friend gave me a Macbook Air which I assume is ancient... every time I try to download my creative cloud (just want photoshop for now) it gives me a message that "safari cannot download this website". I have tried to change the settings on the website but to no avail.  Please could you advise me if there are settings I am missing, or if the Macbook air is too old.  Not "techno savvy" at all, totally frustrated! Have attached specs of Macbook Air.

By the way that's not enough memory (RAM) to run any recent Photoshop either, so forget what I said about upgrading the Mac system.

Thank you for your reply, I thought as much so I though I would ask an expert!   I have the Mac desktop so I'll just carry on with that until I replace my Pro eventually!

The system is ancient; it isn't the age of the Mac that's the problem. Is it your Mac now? If so maybe you could upgrade the system but be sure you have someone who can recover it if it goes horribly wrong.
