Can I download Premiere Elements 2018?

I bought APE 2018 at Best Buy for a hard disk download today.  When I got home I realized I do not have a disk drive on my laptop..  Is it possible to download the software from the Adobe site and activate using my BBY SN number on the back of the box I purchased?  It was scanned at the register upon purchase.
