Correct answer Peru Bob

You can download on many devices, but only be signed in on two at a time and use only one at a time.

Download and install on the second device the same way you did on the first device.

You can download and install the CC Desktop App and install the programs from that:

Download Creative Cloud desktop app

The license allows installation on two computers. If you deactivate one of the computers you can put it on a third. You can open the browser version on any computer.

To install on a second computer you can download and install the Adobe Creative Cloud Manager and go from there.

What Peru Bob said.

You'll be fine with Photoshop. Lightroom Classic CC is a different matter since the catalog cannot be shared. The catalog needs to be local to each instance of Lightroom for Lightroom to work properly.

As this is true, I have a workflow, that allows me (limited) catalog sharing. I have a catalog of my most recent files on an external disk that I use to be able to edit my pictures on any of my computers. When being at my home office, where I have a desktop computer with a 6Tb harddisk for my photography work, I import my mobile catalog to the desktop catalog. Works similar as importing from the sd/cf card, but the edits done are taken over too.

The 6Tb disk is backed up to my NAS on demand (each time, after working on the desktop, I launch at the end the back-up).
