Can I Factory Reset My Laptop and Reinstall Adobe Products w/Creative Cloud?

More specifically, can I still get the products back if the products are linked to the device, not the account itself?

I gained access to Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop through my school adding my laptop to their list of devices using Adobe products. Will this connection go away somehow if I factory reset my laptop? Or can I re-download them once my laptop is in proper condition again? I know that my files would be reset so I'm saving them somewhere else, I just want to know if I will be able to gain access to the software again.

your subscription is linked to your adobe id/password, not a computer or its software.

you can reset your laptop, update your os, install the cc desktop app and use it to install your adobe trials and subscriptions.
