Can I force CC applications to use online help?

When I select Help in an Adobe CC application, I get an error message saying that I'm not connected to the internet.  That's because of the way our network is set up, but if I could just persuade the application to launch the default web browser it would work - the browser knows how to get to the internet even though the Adobe CC application doesn't.

Is there a registry setting or anything that can force CC applications to launch the web browser even though they don't think it will work?

(I know I can install the PDFs and it will launch those instead - that's what we did last year - but they're not as up-to-date as the online help, and now that the Adobe Help Manager is out of the picture online help would be preferable.)

i don't know any way to do exactly what you want.  but why don't you create browser bookmarks to the help files you want to use?

I think it is possible to pre-populate the browser bookmarks, but how would the users know to look for them?  If they go to Help and get an error message, or a PDF document, they're unlikely to think "oh, I bet there are bookmarks in the web browser".
