Can I get a refund?

So apparently me creative cloud subscription renewed at the beginning of last month (1/11) but I didn't know because the payment didn't show up on my bank statement till a few days ago. It's pending right now, but it'll take me to a negative bank account balance. I cancelled the subscription right away and contacted customer care where they told me there was a $99 cancellation fee that'll make me lose even more money. Is it too late to get a refund?

According to the terms and conditions you haven't a right to a refund because it's the renewal of your subscription. The cancellation fee is half of the remaining fees of the current year.

You can try a chat with Customer Care and explain your special situation - perhaps you can make a deal. But remember, you are in the weaker position.
