Can I instal the Adobe Creative Suite 5 to my new computer using the old license?

I have the Adobe Creative Suite 5 that allows two downloads. I have one downloaded on my iMac and the other downloaded on my old laptop. I have a new laptop and I want to make sure I am going to be able to uninstall it on my old laptop and reinstall it on my new laptop using the same serial number. If not, I need to know how to do that, or how to get a new serial number. Thanks for your help!

    before uninstalling, deactivate (help>deactivate) it on one of your two macs.  you can then install and activate it on another mac.
