Can I Install Adobe Photoshop CS4 windows from a CD in a Mac?

I have a Adobe Photoshop CS4 in a CD ready to download it. I have a Mac computer. The CD says windows. Can i download the photoshop in my computer if the CD says Adobe photoshop CS4 windows? or does it only work for a PC?

    your windows serial number will not work with mac installation files.

    you can use a win emulator on your mac (like parallels), http://www.iphonetopics.com/windows-emulator-for-mac/

    thank you for the link. So if i use the win emulator, do you think is gonna work exactly if i have the photoshop for mac?

    no.

    you can expect it to be slower and possibly be unable to handle some operations.
