Which version of Masters Collection?
The simple answer is no, unless you own CS6. Creative Suite serial numbers are operating system specific: Windows only or Mac only.
Adobe does offer a platform swap process (Win to Mac and vice versa) but only for current versions and it's an all-or-nothing deal (you must surrender your Windows serial number permanently to get the Mac serial number and vice versa):

Creative Cloud software can all be installed on Windows and/or Mac with the same membership.
