Can I limit the Creative Cloud users on imac

The iMac I use has multiple users, but not all use the Creative Cloud or Adobe apps. However, Creative Cloud opens when they open their user account.  Is there a way to limit which user accounts access or automatically open CC on startup?  Thanks...

    Yes stop the CC DTA from loading, starting, launching with the OS.

    You do that in the CC DTA Preferences. You then Remove any links to the CC DTA and any other Adobe app from the users folders.

     

    Although that option says "Launch at Login" what it really does is Start with the system no matter what/which user logs in.
