can I still buy acrobat XI
Seeing as I dont like Acrobat DC and dont know who would like that version of acrobat, can I still buy/subscribe/have on my computer acrobat XI?

Acrobat XI is previous version and not available. Though you can still purchase Acrobat Pro DC subscription and can download Acrobat Pro XI from Creative Cloud site.
