Can I swap out creative cloud subscription plans.....

If I purchase one and purchase it for one year , could I swap it out for another one if I needed to? If not then could I do it if it were a more expensive plan?

I was considering getting the Photo subscription package for a year, but may want to upgrade it to the one that would get me all of adobe's programs for a year.
