Can I transfer CS6(for window) from Window 8 to MacBook?

I was installed this software on Window 8 last year, but now I want to transfer it to my Apple MacBook.

Therefore I want to know is there any way for me to transfer to MacBook?

Or can I request a platform swap on the same version of this product ?
