can i transfer my lightroom 5 to a new laptop without having my serial number?

Hi,

i am upgrading my computer, and want to 'migrate'/'transfer' my lightroom 5 installation. my original installation cd (with serial number) is in storage, and I can not access it. So I need to get my lightroom 5 installed without serial number.

Is there any way to transfer it from my old machine?

    Adobe applications need to be installed... transferring between machines will not work.  You can download the installation file(s) and then look to see if you registered the serial number when you originally installed it.   You cannot do much without the serial number.

    Lightroom - all versions

    Windows

    Find your serial number

    If you have the software installed on another machine you might be able to extract the serial number from it...

    If it's a Windows machine then try running Belarc Advisor
