Can I install photoshop elements 12 on my new computer with windows 11 using the disc I used on my older windows 10 computer?

No. Win11 needs Photoshop Elements 2022 or higher.

Elements 12 is way too old.

yep, just reinstall from the disc. you can’t copy the program folder over, it needs a fresh install.

grab your serial (case or adobe account)
run setup.exe as admin
deactivate on the old pc if activation complains

not officially supported on win 11, but it usually runs fine. no disc drive? a usb one works.
