Upgraded to macOS Mojave and can no longer access Photoshop CS3 ... is there a fix for this?

1 - revert to a compatible operating system

2 - buy the current Photoshop Elements that is compatible with Mojave

    Thanks, John.

1 - revert ... Meaning uninstall Mojave and re-install Sierra?

    or

2 - buy ... In which case, would you suggest that current PS Elements is probably as useful for creating graphics and enhancing photos for personal projects as my 10-year-old CS3 has been?

Revert - yes, back to Sierra.

In your case, stay with Mojave and try running the trial version of Elements 2019 for up to a month before you have to buy. It may be all you need.
