Can I upgrade to elements 14 from 3.

Hi, I have an old copy of Photoshop Elements 3 that has run ok on my old PC.  But now I have upgraded to Windows 10 I thinks its time to upgrade to Elements 14.  Is this at all possible?

    It should be possible.  When you select the upgrade option it only asks for what you already own but does not ask for which version.
