You can re-download your software at any time and install it on your new laptop. You'll need your serial number to activate it.

Which Adobe products exactly? Which version?

Which operating system is your existing laptop running?

You are allowed to have two activated installations of Adobe products so you should be able to have it on both machines.  A stipulation is that it can only be used on one machine at any point in time.
