Specifically I want to run adobe animate, after effect, photoshop, and premiere (2022/2021)
Can my computer run these adobe software? I mean for "run" here is doable, I can work good....
Or it will laggy?

Sorry if my english not so good. thank you

Hi @Takahiro27282147bkpt,

We appreciate you reaching out. As mentioned above, your system specifications do not meet the basic requirments to install the applications.

In addition to this, I'd like to mention that using multiple applications may need more resources for optimal performance.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

Regards,

Shivangi

For better performance I would recommend you to upgrade with a ssd and increase your ram upto 16gb also pair it with a 1660ti and it will work fine as of now.

You won't have a good experience with such an underpowered computer.  This is just the minimum necessary to run animate without anything else.   You must allow extra resources for your OS and everything else you use, too.

your computer is too weak to do much (and doesn't even meet minimum specs for premiere pro), https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/system-requirements.html
