Can not download Acrobat X Standard from order page - error message

I just purchased Acrobat X Standard and I am attempting to download it from the expanded order. When I selecet the "Download" button, I get the following error message:

'target is null or not aan object

Code:0

I am using the current version of Windows Internet Explorer. I have disable all security protection. I have tried to download from a different browser.

    Did you try the alternate download option?  Also have you tried a different web browser?

    The download window does not open so I cannot attmept the alternate download option. As noted in my post, I have tried another browser.
