Can not download elements 10 on to 64 bit Win 7

I have been trying to download this trial to see if I can use it for Video editing as well as my DSLR images from a Nikon so NEF images

as I can not downlod to try this I wll have to use another package?

is there any support before I give up

The download assistant says errors in download you may want to try downloading again.

I have Coral video studio and I want to compare – I am using this now so if we can’t get the download to work then I will not be buying yours.
