Question

Can not find other CS6 applications on laptop, only Photoshop

I purchased a Mac version of Photoshop CS6 for my PC. My coworker sold me the Mac version because we had no PC version. I contacted someone from adobe last month to have my Mac serial number activated since I had to buy a Mac for my graphic design program. He successfully sent me to a page to download PS CS6 for my Mac but for some reason I have no access to Illustrator, Lightroom, inDesign, etc, like on my PC. I can not remember the original link and it's no longer in my browser history. If anyone has a quick fix, I'd really appreciate it! I have lots of work to do and it has to be on my mac (my pc is a crock of crap now). Thanks in advance!

    Thanks for moving it!

I went to all of the links. On the first link provided, I selected the Adobe Illustrator and it showed files 1/2 and 2/2. I downloaded both and when a screen popped up it said English, then once clicked a folder said GOODIES, and the FONTS. And that's it, there's nothing else. I'm currently uninstalling Illustrator CC since my school allowed us to have a 1 year subscription free and it's now expired. I have been trying to figure out how to replace that with my CS6, but no luck.

    Hi Hoarder,

Are you able to start the installation following the instructions here: Start the installer after downloading, Acrobat X, CS5.5 and earlier? There are also some troubleshooting steps listed in this document.

Let us know if you still need assistance.
