Can not install Adobe Application Manager

Hi,

I just got the CC access and try to install InDesign on my computer, but I get an error installing the Adobe Application Manager:

Message is in german and means "Can not install Adobe Application Manager" - no more error codes or anything else.

Any ideas what to do? Any logfiles I can look in?
