Can not install Creative Clod after upgrading to Catalina

Have updated to Catalina and have problemn now to install Creative Clode. Just 21% downloud . Need acsess to newest photoshop , have just version 18 and need upgrading to 19. Please help!

Did I read somewhere that the upgrade to Catalina was not a good idea?
