Can not install Creative Cloud app

I can not install the Creative Cloud App to even get started.

I am running windows &, as user/Admin.

I get the Error code: A12E5

Anyone else getting that?

I tried Chat support.  I tried the Cleaner, I tried removed folders (sorry don't know which ones, I couldn't save chat transcript).

Finally Chat support suggested I open a new user/admin account.  IT friends tell me this is a very clumsy solution.  I would prefer something cleaner.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Thanks!

This worked (below).  Can't remember who suggested it, or what thread it was from but, thanks:

Open Command Prompt, run as Administrator. Enter command:

net user administrator /active:yes

Switch users.  Login as Admin. Run CC app install. Then install what individual apps you want.  When done, logout as Admin, run command with, active:no.

I am able to run the apps as myself now.  So far so good.

DavidBrandArtist logging into a new User account is often used to diagnose if your current User account has become compromised.  Do you experience the same difficulties in a new User account?
