Just bought a new laptop Samsung Book4 Edge and that has a Snapdragon X Elite processor. However it seems that the Adobe InDesign is not working (till now) with this X Elite processor.
Who has an Idea / Help ?
How can I still intall InDesign ??

I believe that feature is still only available in the beta ( https://helpx.adobe.com/indesign/kb/windows-arm-support.html ). Are you trying to install the beta? Are you running into any issues/specific errors?

Yeas , only proble is ....I did that after bying the laptop. Nevertheless, I am in the possibility to bring back the Laptop within 30 days.....
And if so, which processor is then suitable the best ? i7 ? ultra i7 ? i9 ?

Please can you inform me your ideas?

again, check the specs.  or if you're only interested in a particular app (eg, id), ask in that forum.

We did not (yet) try to install the beta version. I have no experience with beta versions; I only hear that possible some things are not working correctly .
How long will it take before a official verion will come up which would have the possibility to communicate with Snapdragon X Elite.
Reason why is that I am in the possibility to bring back the Laptop within 30 days.....

Those who know can't say and those who say don't know.

If you are worried about not using a beta and need to make a decision in 30 days, then your best bet would be to get a computer that is part of the listed specifications for InDesign as it presently stands. When products are in beta like the Gen AI in Photoshop was there was no present timeline as bugs could arise that need to push development timelines that are unforeseen during the early development cycles which is why these beta periods exist.
