Can not log into my CC at all!

Here it is. For some reason, I can not get the program to load past this point. And the few rare times it has it comes up with an auto log in error that I can not figure out how to manually work my way around.

To be honest I just want to uninstall the darn thing along with the programs since I am a poor sucker that has had my trial version lapse and is in no way able to get a membership soon and tired of this malware type program constantly running on my system when I do not need it. But it seems as if this is one of those buggers that requires me to log in to uninstall and now it is pulling this crap. Help, please!
