Can not login to Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop

Hi!

I took over a computer that was using an other creative cloud account. That account is suspended and I want to login using my own login. I have a creative cloud supscription. 

 

  • I tried to reinstall creative cloud desktop but it is not letting me login. Only get a message that I'm logged out. Nothing happens when I click on "Logga in".

  • I tried to uninstall the app, but no luck as other apps installed on computer are using creative cloud desktop.
  • I tried to uninstall (klicking on the uninstall icon in finder) other apps and nothing happens.

 

What steps do I need to take to be able to use creative suite with my own subscription on this computer?
