Can not purchase Creative Cloud subscription

I have been trying to purchase a Creative Cloud subscription before newyear and now the newyear pass and it does not work. I've tried different browsers, different devices and even calling adobe sales and it still doesn't work.

Anyone else having issues?

support chat can not help me anymore ??????

Please help.

Did you try contacting Digital River? As they are acting as agent for your region, they may have more clues.

Different question: Why can't chat help? If anyone can help than chat as this is a user to user forum for technical problems.

Do you have a case number?
