Can Photoshop Elements 10 be installed without discs using the product serial number?

I recently upgraded my Windows 7 system that came with Photoshop Elements and Premier Elements 10 pre-installed to Windows 8.  When the installation was complete, the software was gone.  The system did not come with the installation discs.  I have the product serial numbers because I registered the software.  How can I get my software back?  Can I download from Adobe using the serial numbers?

if you follow all 7 steps, you can dl a trial via one of the links on this page:  http://prodesigntools.com/photoshop-elements-10-direct-download-links-pse-premiere-pre.html

and activate with your serial number.

if you have a dl problem, you didn't follow all 7 steps.  typically, failure to meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3 is the problem.

Thank you for the very prompt reply.  Just to clarify, once I follow the steps, activating with the serial number will upgrade to the full version, not the trial - is that correct?
