Can someone help me reinstall Photoshop CC on my Mac?

When I updated my new Macbook Pro to 10.9.2, Photoshop CC wouldn't open. Originally, I got an error message saying, "Could not initialize Photoshop because of a program error." After an hour and a half with Adobe tech support and reinstalling the Photosphop CC application, it still doesn't open and now the message says, "Some of the application components ar emissing from the Application directory. Please reinstall the application." I did reinstall it once again and I still get tha tmessage. Tech support is closed for the night and I need to get some work done for tomorrow. Can anyone help me?

You need to fix the folder permissions, in particular on your Library folder and then install again. OSX 10.9 changed some of that stuff and it may get in teh way of an install.Mylenium
