Can someone help me with Acrobat?

Suddenly Acrobate X disappeared from the list under Adobe Applicaiton Manager and XI Pro trial appeared! I did not order it and paid for X

There was an expiration date and apparently it has not come to pass. I have been on hold with Adobe for an hour now and no help.

This is not something I did wrong. I tried to download the whole CS6 and again no Acrobat X. Can anyone help me?

you can activate with your serial number.

you should uninstall acrobat xi if you don't want it and then run the cleaner (before installing acrobat x): http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html

Adobe says not to run cleaner if you have Acrobate as part of CS6.

Anyway, when I want to that link to getting Acrobat X it now only allows

you to get XI Pro trial.

I quit. I have spent a whole day on this. I consider it really, really

crooked of Adobe to have

done this to me.

I bought one piece of software and they have tried to upsell me without

my consent--actually took

away X.

Hard to believe.
