CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO ACTIVATE ADOBE CREATIVE CLOUD??

I'VE TRIED TO CONTACT ADOBE FOR ASSISTANCE, NO LUCK, THEY SEEM TO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT.  CAN SOMEONE PLEASE EXPLAIN HOW I AM PAYING FOR THIS SERVICE AND NOT ABLE TO USE IT.  IT ASKS FOR A SERIAL NUMBER, WHICH I HAVE NOT BEEN PROVIDED WITH, AND IT ALSO DOESNT GIVE ME THE OPTION TO LAUNCH THOUGH I AM SIGNED IN ON CREATIVE CLOUD...

Same thing happening to me. All of a sudden, every time I open Photoshop it asks me if I want to License the Software ot continue with my trial. If I ask to license, it signs me in then asks me for a serial number. I've been using this software for over six months but have no serial number. I don't know how to change my subscription language, but suspect it is the same as my system language (since I have not changed settings on either).

If you are still receiving the same error even after performing the two steps above, then disable Firewall & Anti-Virus.

If the issue persists, then perform the 3rd Solution mentioned in the below document:

If this doesn't resolve the issue, then before going deep into the troubleshoot, I suggest you to once contact Adobe Support to check if there are any issues with the Order and your account. If there is any issue, then performing all the above steps would be in peril.

Hi Anthony,

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. Creative Cloud doesn't require serial number to activate. However, there are multiple reasons why the Creative Cloud sometimes asks for the serial number. The main and common reason is the language mismatch. Creative Cloud requires both the System Language and the Subscription language to be in the same language. So please make sure that the language is same.

Second common reason is the Adobe Application Manager is outdated. Please use the below link to update the Adobe Application Manager:

Most of these issues will be resolved just by performing the above two instructions. If you are still receiving the same issue, please revert back so that we'll check for further troubleshooting..

what is system and subscription, language and where do i find it... should

it be set to english

Hi Anthony,

   Sorry for the delay. System Language is nothing but your computer language. You can check the language under Control Panel > Region and Language in Windows and in Mac, you can check under Apple icon > System Preferences > Language & Text.

  Creative Cloud Language is the language which you would have selected at the time of purchase. Creative Cloud also can be chosen as "All Languages". Hence if your Order is All Languages, then there is not required to perform this step because the Application Manager automatically installs in your computer language.

Did you try the second step which is to run the latest update of Adobe Application Manager?
