can't access indsign app after payment

Hello,

Does anyone know how to get acces to Indesign app? I payed for monthly subscription and got an conformation mail about payment. The money also deducted from my bank. Only I cannot see this active memebership in my Adobe account. It says i don't have any memberships. I also cannot access the Indesign app. It says my subscription is expiered. I already reïnstalled the app. It still has the lock with access ended. Can anyone help me with this proplem?
