Hello,

So today i can't launch any CC program ( premiere, after, photoshop and others ). When I try to sign in, CC start loading forever, like closing/opening the same tab again and again. Everything was working fine 4 days ago, i'm on win10 and the problem looks the same as this one : Can't activate any CC program

I've try every solution in the mention topic, i've tried to update everything, uninstall everything from adobe, deleting everyfile to make a complete fresh new install and the problem is still here. I don't know what to do at this point..

Any idea ? Thank you

uninstall everything cc including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

restart your computer (don't skip this)

reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud.

if you're unable to install the cc desktop app at this stage, use an administrator account (solution 4 here, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-missing-damaged.html)

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials

if that fails, using a browser that allows popups and cookies,  contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here and, when available, click 'chat', http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/service-ccm.html

you're welcome (and adobe support will almost certainly get you up and running again).
