I an sure nobody here has any idea what that means.  What is your Adobe case number?  If you don't know, sign-in to your Adobe account below.

Scroll down to page bottom and click on View Support History.

 

If there is no support history, are you certain you were dealing with a genuine Adobe Customer Care Agent and not an imposter?    And just how much money did you give them?
