Can´t activate Photoshop Elements 13

Hi, I have bought a new computer and a new Photoshop (Elements 13). But after successfull installation i can´t activate the program. I think this is because my computer can´t get access to: http://activate.adobe.com. However - this have been the case for 36 hours now! So has the site http://activate.adobe.com crashed? Or what?

Im sorry but I have already tried everything written on this page (except

to activate offline which i dont understand) without success... I seems as

the Adobe Activation server/site is offline. That is my primary question -

is that the case? Is anyone else succeeding to activate?
