Can't add or edit Cloud Libraries after updating.

Hi I can no longer add or edit existing Cloud Libraries objects after I updated to the latest Photoshop, Illustration or InDesign.

Before I could simply double-click on the any objects created by either Illustrator or Photoshop in the Libraries and a new window would pop-open in either application. Now nothing happened.

I also recently updated to the latest OS system on Mac. Not sure if that changed anything.
