Can't believe purchasing a product here is like throwing money down a hole i already purchased photoshop and light room but the download thing just stays at "blabla is downloading now..." and never changes even when i slept and woke up the next day f

The window with "Photoshop/Lightroom is downloading now..." never actually downloads and i can't even get to use the product I'm even purchasing this product because I have a class project I'm trying to do with photo editing, and this hasn't been very helpful...
