can't cancel my membership

"Something went wrong. Try again or contact us by phone , on Twitter , or in the community forums while we work on fixing this." I can not contact you by phone and since I don't use Twitter my only option for cancellation is here.

But cancel is one of the options you obligatory need support. This user to user forum cannot help. I suggest you wait some time and tray later on.

Only other viable option is to phone.
