Can't cancel my subscription

The button for canceling the plan doesn't show, and you billed me for another year without my consent, despite me being under a student license and clearly stating that i would finish college last month. I want my subscription canceled please.

Same Experience as most everyone here.  Adobe products are great but their customer service is terrible.  Not everyone has hours to wait for customer chat.  This is the worst customer chat bot of any service organization I have reached out to.  Here is what I sent them.  I have now been in the queue for over an hour.  luckily I jumped on at 5:58 am local time. I am a landscaper and time is money.  I contacted my credit card to make sure no charges were processed.  Truly pathetic customer service.  Just make it wasy and keep your customers happy.  Why play games?

 

"Dear Adobe, your products are great but your customer service is lacking. I have now been in queue for 42 minutes with zero indication of how long my wait will be. You dont have a phone number easily available on your customer service portal. To say that i am disappointed is an understatement. What good are great products if you don't have any way to keep your customers satisfied?"

I have been trying to cancel my account for months now. I have went to the chat but all it keeps doing is saying someone will be with you shortly. I've been waiting over an hour. Like others have said there is no cancel my membership option. When my 1 year ran up they just automatically signed me up for another year according to my account when I signed up it said it would be a month to month after the 1 year contract. Adobe has turned out to be a ripoff!

The chat doesn't even work and i'm not comfortable speaking english on the phone (i'm from italy).
