can't change account

Hi there my school has shut due to Covid-19 so i am trying to access the photoshop software from home. However photoshop doesn't seem to recognise my acount as a school acount when using my school credentials, so will not let me download the software under my school membership. How can i change my account to a school acount?

    Hi thank you for your response, i have been on those sites previously and used the links on those pages but adobe still doesnt recogonice my school account as a school acount.
