Can't change country associated with Adobe ID

For some reason my account is linked to Argentina. Now I'm in Malta and would like to change that as I'm being billed in argentinen pesos. I have followed the instructions but it seems to be a loop whole as I always just get redirected to the customer support page.

If you have an active subscription and want to change your AdobeID country, you will need to contact Customer Support.
