WIN10中無法點擊任何選項（動不了）

畫面雖然正常可是無法點擊任何按鈕以及連結

非常嚴重

以至於更新不了

求救!

Can't click anything in Win 10

So I cant update any prodouct, help!

Creative Cloud opens normaly, but I couldn't click any subject in Win10.
I have tried reinstalling twice and still facing same problem.

What do you mean by subject? Are you referring to windows icons?
