Can't connect to Adobe Servers when downloading from Creative Cloud
On the apps panel of the creative cloud, an error message appears telling me that it cant connect to the adobe servers. I have purchased a 1 year membership to Adobe Illustrator and i cant download it (cant reach servers it tells me).
I haven't downloaded any other adobe products before. I am running Windows 7 and the only steps i have taken to fix this is to check is the firewall is allowing the program through (which it is).
Any help please!
