Can't contact Customer service

Dave,

I'm having the pop up issue too and I can't even contact Customer Services. The, 'One moment while we gather your account information' screen has been 'spinning'  for over 40mins now and I can't get any further.

Adobe PLEASE FIX THIS NOW.

    Hi Jeff, I have the same problem - the page is stuck at "One moment while we gather your account information". I want to cancel my plan, but there is no chance as "There was a problem processing your request".

    Ok, there was a problem with Opera, in Edge it worked
