Can't dowload lightroom classic CC

Question

I am attempting to install my photography plan on a new computer, running windows 10.

Lightroom classic CC doesn't show up in the Creative Cloud App, Lightroom 5 appears.

When I download lightroom classic CC from the adobe website, it installs lightroom 5.

I have tried every trick I've read so far. Logout, login, uninstall CC app and reinstall, downloaded and tried the CC app cleaner tool.

Nothing Helps!

restart your computer (don't skip this)

if you're unable to install the cc desktop app at this stage, use an administrator account (solution 3 here, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-missing-damaged.html)

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials
